Plant Dining Partnerships provides resources to increase plant-based food options throughout the foodservice industry. Our nationwide institutional campaigns and local community advocacy seek to highlight plant-based food’s competitive price, taste, and convenience for food vendors.
Role: As one of three Plant-Based Food Advocacy Interns, you will assist –
- Outreach to restaurants, retailers, catering companies, and more in PDP’s database
- Provide researched data on plant-based food resources to foodservice decision-makers
- Support select restaurants in implementing plant-based options through virtual launch events
This is viewed as an educational opportunity. This role will provide insights on financial analysis of the plant-based industry, trends, talking points, and proficiency as an advocate in this arena. This will be completed through market data readings, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and more. Dialogue with foodservice representatives will further empower relationship cultivation and execution for change within the local foodservice industries.
Timeline: Fall semester, 12 weeks, 10 hours per week
Compensation: Semester stipend or educational credits
